CALL CENTRE - CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

Job Scope:

  • Handle customer's enquiries, follow-ups thru phone and e-mail correspondences.
  • Coordination and maintaining the updated records of all calls.

Requirements:

  • Vibrant, good interpersonal and communication skills/
  • Related Customer Service Experience in Call Centre Environment
  • Proficient in English/Mandarin
  • Good computer (MS Office) & Email handling skills
  • Attractive working hours - 2 rotating shifts
  • Only Singaporean & PR may apply
  • At least N level and above

CALL CENTRE - TEAM LEADER

Job Scope:

  • Lead an manage a team of customer service officers
  • Support the call center in achieving its overall service levels
  • Execute operational plans to ensure smooth implementation
  • Monitor performance productivity level

Requirements:

  • Minimum 'A' Level / Diploma in relevant discipline
  • At least 2 years working experience in call center
  • Good communications & interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in English & Mandarin
  • Able to work in a fast paced and shift scheduled enivironment
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Only Singaporean. Foreigner need not apply

IT Helpdesk

Job Scope:

  • To provide 1st level helpdesk support through phone and emails
  • To do follow-up calls or emails on pending cases
  • Other ad-hoc dutines

Requirements:

  • Minimum NITEC/GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years working experience in technical support / troubleshooting experience within the computer industry or call center experience is an advantage
  • Knowledge in Microsoft operating systems and hardware troubleshooting
  • Fluent in English & Mandarin are preferred
  • Able to work independently as well as in team
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Only Singaporean. Foreigner need not apply

Working Hours:

  • Shift A: 8pm - 8am + Allowance (Mon-Thu): 2 vacancies
  • Shift B: 8pm - 8am + Allowance (Fri-Sun): 1 vacancy
