Training
Training is the key to an effective and efficient workforce. Antasis will ensure that all the call agents assigned to the project are adequately trained before they will be allowed to handle the service.
The 4 basic types of call agents’ training are as follows:
- Induction Training
- Job Training
- Refresher and Service Update Training and
- System Hands-on Training
Training is conducted through a variety of methodologies, which may include classroom lecture, break out discussion groups, role-play, and structured assignments.
